The Cube Pessary is a flexible, cube-shaped vaginal device made of medical-grade silicone. It is designed with small perforations or indentations on its surface to create suction, allowing it to stay in place even in cases of severe pelvic organ prolapse (POP). Unlike other pessaries that rely on support from vaginal walls, the cube pessary uses suction to adhere to the vaginal walls, providing stronger support for advanced prolapse cases. It must be removed and cleaned daily due to the way it adheres to vaginal tissue.

Applications

The Cube Pessary is used in the management of:

1. Severe Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP) – Effective for grade III and IV prolapse, including uterine prolapse, cystocele

   (bladder prolapse), and rectocele (rectal prolapse).

2. Patients with Weak Vaginal Tone – Beneficial for women with significant vaginal laxity, where other pessary types

    may not stay in place.

3. Alternative to Surgery – Suitable for women who cannot or do not want to undergo surgery for prolapse.
